How to use ~

Apply a thin line of highlighter right under the brow. Blend the product down. Set the area or leave as is for a simple yet polished look.

Delphine’s tip ~

“For the most precise application, I use the angular brush of my duo eyebrow brush. This helps get a nice and crisp highlighter line right under my brows and then I blend it down. Using the spoolie side of my duo eyebrow brush I then brush up lightly for a more natural look.”
