Bookings Terms and Conditions
CHILD AND GUEST POLICY
Our treatment room is limited to client and staff only. Our priority is to deliver quality service. We do not want that to be compromised and therefore ask you to attend your appointment alone. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children of any age in our salon.
LATE ARRIVAL
For all services, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are running late please notify us of your delay by sending a text message to 0402 000 820. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we might have to reschedule. This can result in a forfeiture of deposit for cosmetic tattoo treatments. We often have back-to-back appointments and cannot compromise the quality of your service or that of the clients to follow.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
Rescheduling or cancelling your cosmetic tattoo appointment within 7 days will forfeit your deposit. A rebooking fee will occur if you reschedule or cancel your cosmetic tattoo follow-up visit within 7 days. For all other bookings, deposits are not required, however, a 48 hours notice of cancellation is necessary. If we cannot fill your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply for a change made within 48 hours and 100% for a change made within 5 hours. Reschedulings and cancellations greatly affect our small business. By giving us sufficient notice, you make it possible to offer your spot to another client.
APPOINTMENT MODIFICATION
Appointments are subject to small time adjustments. We will always notify you if a minor adjustment is made to your booking. If your therapist is sick or unable to work, we may have to reschedule your appointment. If we do not have any availability, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and guarantee that this will only happen under extreme circumstances.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Please, refrain from using your electronic devices during your treatment. It compromises the quality of service.
PAYMENT TERMS
All prices can be found on our website and are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Any price change will be announced a month prior to its effective date. Only cosmetic tattoo prices are guaranteed at the time of the booking. The payment must be done in full on the day of your appointment. We accept payments by cash or card.
RISK
We follow very strict hygiene standards which minimise risk of infection. However, there are everyday risks of post treatment infection. This is beyond our control and we do not take responsibility should they occur.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Pictures and/or videos may be taken throughout the treatment to be used as references. They can also be of great help for training purpose and marketing. Please notify us at info@delphinesorel.com.au if you do not consent to your photos and videos being used. We hope you can appreciate the power of imagery to show the quality of our work to potential clients. They may have been the reason that you decided to give us your trust. SERVICE AGREEMENT
It is my choice to receive waxing, threading, tweezing and/or tinting and/or a lash lift. I understand side effects can include redness, irritation, breakouts, allergic reactions and/or skin lifting. I hereby release ‘Delphine Sorel’ from liability for any claims resulting as such.
